We as a company know its important that to provide the latest software and technical support, which is why we are proud to have obtained our Silver Small and Midmarket Cloud Solutions Competency accreditation(s). Many are unaware of the importance of such an accreditation as they are unaware of its function, it shows a level of knowledge recognized and tested through Microsoft examinations but also that we have been recommended by our customers. Specifically this most recent accreditation allows for early access to new software and provides additional support to help grow businesses. This “trophy” fits rather snugly against other silver accreditations: Midmarket Solution Provider, Messaging, Hosting, Datacenter, Customer Relationship Management, Cloud Productivity and our GOLD accreditation in Devices and Deployment.

Now each of these awards may not be clear in what task they perform, so the purpose of this post is to enlighten but also to show how we can uphold a 100% satisfaction rating and earn the accolade of being a Microsoft Gold Partner. Midmarket Solution provider is the next on the list, this silver accreditation shows that we as a company can recognize, develop and support Midmarket businesses . In order to do this we must recognize these businesses’ infrastructure and needs.

The Silver Messaging accreditation means that Microsoft Lync and Exchange Deployment Services (L&EDPS) can be provided allowing for this task to be carried out even more efficiently.
