- Incentive FM Group had been utilising 848 IT managed services for nearly 2 years.
- The business wanted to achieve the ISO 27001 information security accreditation and therefore needed a security uplift.
- 848 created a plan to achieve this without disrupting operations or end users.

848 Migrates Leading Cinema Operator to a Secure and Unified Microsoft 365 Environment.
- The client had separate Google tenants in each territory which was causing disparities for the teams. The tenants were not joined up and instead were acting as a “group”.
- Standardisation was required owing to different configurations and management strategies for each territory.
- After using G-Suite (now known as Google Workspace) for a number of years, the team had become accustomed to the platform. However, the platform had reached its limits in terms of capabilities, so the client needed an alternative.
- The client also needed support with enhancing governance and security.
- 848 delivered a seamless migration from Google to Microsoft 365 to enhance productivity and unify the group.

- Over 300 employees with 400 devices required support initially, a number that would incrementally grow to around 550 as the project progressed.
- 848 designed a bespoke managed service package, encompassing the support of everything from on-premises infrastructure to end user computing.

Helping Leicester College Access Better Learnings Insight and an Effective use of Data.
- Leicester College needed a more efficient and agile way to provide and manage business information.
- It was using a dated business information system that was difficult to change and lacked modern features.
- Organic growth of management information had introduced inefficiencies in the structure and processing of data.
- 848 migrated the college away from the legacy system to Power BI, using existing reports to design, build and implement a modern and efficient dashboard supported by Azure data services.
