Third-Party Vendor Coordinator

The Third-Party Vendor Coordinator responsibility will be to manage the supplier and risk management activities on behalf of one of our key Services clients. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, solutions Vendor Coordinator who can really support and develop the supplier relationships with our 1st, 2nd & 3rd line engineers, delivering support remotely to our customers, as well as acting as a point of escalation.

Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer

The Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer role is responsible for providing 1st line support remotely to our Customers, as well as acting as a point of escalation for Tier 1 Technical Support Engineers.

Working in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same, the ideal candidate will have experience working as a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer with the ability to build key internal and external relationships, outstanding Ticket Hygiene, and exposure to project work.

Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer

The Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer role is responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support remotely to our customers, as well as acting as a point of escalation for Tier 1 Technical Support Engineers.

You will fix what you can and escalate more complex issues to the relevant support channels within the Service Desk following our internal escalation processes and procedures.

Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.

 

The Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer role is responsible for providing 3rd line support remotely to our Customers, as well as acting as a point of escalation for Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support Engineers.

You will be the highest point of technical escalation on the Service Desk following escalation through the relevant support channels within the Service Desk. Working with the Service Leads to ensure no stone goes unturned when resolving a customer issue.
