Launching a
Remote Support Session

To resolve your support request, we may need access to your computer.

We use an app for this that generates a user ID and a password to ensure remote access is secure.

If you have not used this before, please read the following steps so you know what to expect.








When you click the link ‘launch remote support session’ at the bottom of this page, you will be taken through to the download page. The application will begin downloading automatically. When it is finished downloading, click on the file to open the app.

In some browsers, you may get a ‘UAC’ message appear, select Yes to run the application. A pop up Disclaimer will appear, please select accept.
A final pop up will appear with your ID and password. Please record these as you will need to provide your 848 Engineer with this information.
You are now ready to connect to the technician.
