I specialise in requirements capture and analysis; most commonly on CRM-centric projects. My skills do not limit me to working only within a CRM project environment, however – as can be seen from my recent BA delivery for the SRA’s Unified Communications project
I am active in Pre-sales, delivering demonstrations of solutions with prospective clients as they show interest. Working closely with the sales team to monitor CRM prospects as they come in.
I also deliver Business Analysis/Discovery sessions remotely and on-site with clients – for both CRM and non-CRM projects. This discovery work can be anything from a one-day visit to a 30-day project; all of which is shaped by the client, their requirements and expectations.
Following this I also take part in the delivery of projects, ranging from Data Migration work, Solution Deployment, Solution Customization, Integration, and Workflow/process creation to User training.
I also work internally with our systems – most prominently with our Dynamics 365 environment managing any issues, updates and processes as they are raised, discussed and implemented.
