My role is very varied and involves making sure the day to day running of the 848 operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
I am always keen to learn, reliable and certainly enjoy rising to the challenge. I also look after the accounts, ensuring all our customers are invoiced correctly and our suppliers are paid on time.
My role also requires me to liaise regularly, with customers, suppliers and associates, to maintain and manage relationships, and to also ensure, we are providing the best customer service.
I have over 25 years’ experience, in Customer Service, and have always strived to provide the best customer service for our customers, by building relationships with customers and building trust, so they remain loyal.
Since joining the company over a year and a half ago, I have seen the company grow and expand rapidly, and feel proud to have contributed to that success.
