As the Service Lead, I am involved in both Support and Projects within 848, being required to travel across the UK to help deliver the best user experience and help provide a smooth transition with any upgrades and new technologies that have been delivered.

The 848 service desk is the first contact majority of clients reach when reporting issues, this is why it is important that every client is met with a level of customer service that shows who 848 are and what they can expect from that moment on, no two days even when facing the same issue for the hundredth time there is still something new to be learnt and an experience to have

Starting at 848 as an apprentice I have developed as both an engineer and on a personal level within the company and I am still continuously developing these skills to be able to involve myself in more and to experience more I constantly enjoy the new challenges every day being on the 848 service desk can bring.
