An End User Support Specialist with over 19-year experience supporting people at all levels of life. After starting in house maintenance, I moved onto Sales, door to door, then shop work.
Originally my interest was in electronics, I became a Microware engineer, repaired consumer electrical equipment, and worked night for fujitsu.
My interest then turned to IT, I purchased my first 886 processor PC and self-taught by hands on experience. This led me into an IT Service Desk position for about a year, before moving on to become a Desktop Engineer, trained in ITLI and many other IT disciplines.
Lately I studied and completed a BT in Theology which has increase my analytical skills, problem solving, and researching information. While this is now my passion, I hope the skills I have learned will help support and strengthen the team at 848, and give me a stronger customer focus.
