My role is focused around building relationships with customers, increasing the sales pipeline and ultimately winning more orders for the company through a combination of hard work, focus and delivering the highest level of service to customers.
I have excellent listening skills and take pride in my professionalism, I am very adaptable; this enables me to support colleagues when I can, often in areas that fall outside of primary role.
Over the last year, my role has evolved and developed, resulting in promotion to the position of Account Director for Ricoh UK. This involves the responsibility for managing the relationship between 848 and Ricoh as well as the relationship with individual salespeople, managers, directors and business units within Ricoh; increase awareness of the excellent solutions we deliver on their behalf; and help generate even more business for 848 that will help achieve the not insignificant sales target set for this year.
I am passionate about my role and this helps me to provide excellent service managing and building the relationship between 848 and Ricoh. I am extremely proud that 848 won Partner of the Year for the second year in a row. The award is as a result of the huge 848 collective effort: the expertise, attention to detail, dedication and commitment shown by all colleagues in each department placed 848 in the position to achieve this unprecedented success with Ricoh.
