I deal with CURA, CSP and also Telecoms customers answering their queries and helping to resolve their issues. When assisting CURA support clients, I am able to use knowledge of cloud-based services such as Office 365 and Google Apps for Business. The knowledge of these cloud-based services that I have gained from personal study and experience with 848 allows myself to assist with CSP clients also. These queries relate to their Office 365 accounts, licenses and also service issues that they may experience.
My knowledge of the Office 365 and Exchange Admin Centres allows myself to administer these tenants with clients. This has also allowed myself to carry out project delivery in relation to the creation of Office 365 tenants, this includes the editing of DNS records for clients and being able to effectively communicate and manage time to allow for the delivery of the project within the specified time-frame.
