I recently joined The 848 group as a 3rd line support engineer. Part of my role includes being an escalation point for the team on high priority issues so that we can help to ensure our customers experience limited outage periods should a high priority incident occur.
Within my role I also have a commitment to work on and be involved in project work which allows me to have a view and understanding of delivering new and emerging Microsoft technologies that help our customers to improve communication and business productivity.
Overall I have worked across the MSP space for around 5 years. In that time I have been able to develop skills and have gained a number of accreditations around the traditional Microsoft server technologies such as Microsoft Exchange as well as Skype for Business. More recently I have followed the business requirement trend for more cloud based applications and services and as a result have developed a broad skillset within the Office 365 stack as well as Azure based IaaS and PaaS environments.
