I have begun my journey at 848 as an apprentice, I have previously been engaged with volunteering work, providing IT Services within a school for a short time. I then progressed to watch repairs, gaining my skills within customer service as well as watch craftsmanship. I have developed both my engineering as well as customer service skills which is crucial with the role I am positioned in now within the company. Being able to learn and adapt, I can provide the best user experience and help provide a smooth, effective support line for our customers.

As a Support Engineer, I am involved with the support of our clients within 848 via the service desk. This is a vital link for our clients when dealing with issues ranging from minor to high-level, being able to learn and adapt, gives our clients the assurance that we will get the task done in both an effective and professional manner.
