As a support engineer, I provide 1st and 2nd line support via our service desk. I Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. I Take ownership of user problems, being pro-active when dealing with client issues. I also provide help and knowledge to other engineers and resolve escalated tickets.
I bring to 848 ten years of customer service experience and six years of service desk experience. I have a degree in Computing Science and my skills comprise of troubleshooting and diagnosing software and hardware faults with the aim to resolve these within the specified service level agreements.
Since joining 848 I have gained exciting new skills and got to know a great service desk team that will stop at nothing to help each other achieving great customer service. I look forward to progressing my career and learning more in the field of I.T.
