JuteXPO were using two separate CRM systems, across multiple locations, with no integration between the two and limited access to either.

Inefficiencies and inconsistencies were identified by the company, namely the duplication of effort, incomplete data inputting and misunderstanding of ownership throughout the sales cycle, leading to delays in the delivery process, missed sales opportunities and customer uncertainty.
