Following the Discovery stage, the focus areas were categorised as; Van Coordination, Sales Team Management, and Prospect Management.
To improve Van Coordination, the system deployed will have to provide the following functions; A calendar view detailing schedules and activities. An overview of the fleet in operation, detailing location and employee information. Finally, accuracy and functionality in ‘Workout’ capture, including scheduling, sales demonstations etc.
To support Sales Team Management, the solution will need to be able to articulate the following; Mileage capture, schedule overview including prospect & existing customer visit tracking, Internal review of sales plans and outcomes, and details of customer reviews.
For Prospect Management, key functionalities were defined as; prospect capturing including key data, prospect allocation to appropriate team members, contract exchange and tracking, financial auditing, and assigning of works to be actioned.
